What’s the minimum age for car rental?
The minimum age for car rental in Greece is 21 years of age. You must also be in possession of your driver’s license for at least one calendar year.
Can someone else drive my rental car?
All rental cars are strictly insured in the name of the driver listed in the original Rental Agreement. In the event of multiple drivers per vehicle, their names must be added to the Rental Agreement made prior to renting the vehicle. There is a 3,50€ + VAT-per-day surcharge for the addition of a second driver.
What’s included in the price?
All price quotes include third party insurance and taxes. Depending on the circumstances, some of the insurance options listed below may be included in the quote provided by Auto365:
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with clearly defined liability coverage, depending on the car category of choice and the country where the rental agreement is made;
Theft Protection (TP), with clearly defined liability coverage, depending on the car category of choice and the country where the rental agreement is made, which strictly relates to car theft and not property theft of items found within the vehicle.
Please Note: In the event that no police report is filed should an accident occur; when the vehicle is operated by another driver than the one listed in the rental agreement, or when the renter has demonstrated increased thoughtlessness/recklessness while operating the vehicle, the renter is fully responsible for any damages sustained on the Auto365 vehicle during the agreed rental period.

What do I need to have with me during car pick-up?
At the time of car pick-up, you must present your driver’s license, which must have been issued at least a calendar year prior to the car rental agreement date. You will also need to present a valid ID or passport, while you will further need to provide a credit card as a security deposit, regardless of whether you wish to pay in cash at car drop-off.
What’s your fuel tank return policy?
Auto365 has a same-same fuel tank policy, which means that the vehicle must be returned with an identical level of fuel as the one mentioned at pick-up time.
How can I reduce the liability coverage?
The rental quote includes basic coverage. Additional coverage, if deemed necessary, can be purchased at one of Auto365’s stations at the start of the rental.
